you want either by searching for a product or the type of
software you're looking for, or by browsing through our categories,
which you can find on our home page. |

How to search on MediaSoftZone.com? |

MediaSoftZone.com is organized by categories
that are available from the front page of the site. After
you type the keyword in the search text area. You might find
that choosing a category works better for locating a file.
For example, you will find most programs that are related
to the Video Tools in the "Video" category. Then
you can choose "Video Tools" from the drop-down
menu. Besides, you can also filter search result listings
to narrow down your choices. Options for filtering the list
of results can be found at the 'order by' in the search area.
you can filter results by 'Program Name', 'Program Rating',
'Upload time' or 'Download Times' . For example, if you want
to order by 'Download Times', you can choose "freeware"
from the drop-down menu and click Go. The list will be re-sorted
to show the most downloads programs first. |

I would like to submit our
product/software to your site. How do I go about it? |

Go http://www.mediazoftzone.com/submit.asp
Submit your software PAD file(*.XML) or fill in all required
field and then click "Submit" button.
Note:
To ensure the integrity of our download counts and product
library, each product group must be submitted with its own
listing package and should not be submitted as a modification
to another product's existing group. Additionally, you cannot
transfer a subscription from one product to another by submitting
a new product as a modification to an existing subscription.

Why hasn't my software submission
been processed yet? |

During the normal business week, processing
submissions within the expected time frame is our top priority.
However, in some circumstances your product's published listing
may be delayed for one or more of the following reasons:

Processing times are estimated in business days
and do not include weekends or holidays. If a process-by date
falls on a holiday or a weekend, you should expect to see
your product processed by the end of the next business day. |

Your submission may "require action" because it
has missing or inconsistent data. Be sure to check your e-mail
and to verify if this is the case. |

We may have a backlog of submissions due to technical problems
or other unexpected issues. |

higher position in your sub-category list? |

Add a link on your site to your product/software
page of our site, and more visitors come from your site to
our site and more your product/software gets higher position. |
